A Chinese cargo ship sank in South Korea!
On the morning of November 29, local time, a Chinese cargo ship sank in the waters near Koju Island, Sinan County, Jeollanam Province, South Korea.
According to preliminary information, the cargo ship sank after running aground on a rock. So far, the local coast police have not found any crew members in the accident ship.
According to local media in South Korea citing news from the South Korean Coast Guard, at around 7:28 on November 29, the South Korean Coast Guard received a report that a suspected Chinese cargo ship was sinking in the sea near Koju Island, Sinan County, Jeollanam Province, South Korea.
The local coast guard arrived at the scene at around 8:09 on the 29th and found that a 200-ton Chinese cargo ship was sinking at an angle of about 45 degrees.
The Coast Guard subsequently launched a rescue operation, but no crew members were found inside or outside the ship. As of 10 o'clock on the 29th, the Chinese cargo ship had completely sunk.
